Please AVOID internet purchases from this company!! My wife purchased a product form them in April and didnt receive it, when she called them she was informed they no longer stocked it, so I asked for a refund. She is STILL waiting for a refund and she has called them at least 10 times over the last 6months - Only to get a call back from the manager once she left a bad review online (which has been removed). The manager promised her a refund that day and it still hasnt been processed; that was two months ago. This company WILL con you, I would not purchase products from them.

This business has changed hands. Big thank you to the original pioneers (2 brothers?) who brought this shop and its healthy alternatives to Bedford. Shame youve gone but thank you. Unclear who the new owner is but would recommend checking it out instead of the usual high street options. The current male assistant is very helpful, knowledgeable and patient.

Met this young gentleman by the name of Osman and he was so helpful in assisting me to get the products I needed. He was kind and courteous and we need more people like him in the store. 5/5 from me

After selling me stock they did not hold and knew they could not get on the 10th May 2022, they have repeatedly lied to me saying they are refunding me and loads of rubbish about systems not working and problems with the website, rubbish just a bunch of crooks, still not had refund today 31st May 2022, avoid like the plague 61.20p out of pocket.
