James Rough was prompt in attending to my initial enquiry & was super-attentive throughout all stages of what was a distance sale. The highest praise I can give James is that he looked after me in exactly the way I used to pride myself on looking after my customers when I was selling with Lexus! Well-deserved 5 stars James!

        Bearing in mind, I was there to buy a car, and the salesperson was not interested in selling one, so I left. To be fair, another salesperson did come over and asked if we needed any assistance, but at that stage, the damage had been done. I went and looked at a Hyundai Tucson.
