        I have never actually been treated so badly anywhere. I came into the shop with a friend to pick up a needle. My usual card was unusable so I was using another which only had about a 1 on it. My friend was going to give me the change but the lady would not split between card and cash (no issue here to be honest, I get it) I then proceeded to have a look at the ribbons, something I buy regularly from there. This is when, the same lady stood about 1 foot away from me and my friend. When I asked is okay to browse, I got told we are closing soon, despite 3 other customers also browsing. My assumption is that she thought me and my friend were going to steal. I will never ever ever be using this shop again. You have lost yourself a good customer who always support local. I will also be telling others to shop elsewhere. Good luck with that attitude.

        Really poor customer service the make you feel like you are bothering them, unfriendly and cold. Mind you I have been shopping for stuff since it first opened and not once have I felt welcome now I only go there if I am truelly desperate. Would love for a new haberdashery to pop up honestly.
