A customer Purchased a shower door to replace an existing one. They say to check sizes before opening the box but nowhere on the box does it tell you the height of the unit they then refuse to refund or even exchange just because box has been opened wont be recommending to anyone to go there

This is another big glossy showroom which looks good when you first look around but the items I bought were not worth the money I paid. The toilet pan has got a bump to one side on the china, the plastic items are flimsy and the clicker waste is notchy and keeps sticking. I don't want to go back for the sale's team to tell me to return the items because it is now all fitted and would add extra cost to do so.I'm not happy with the product's and just wanted new customers to know my experience. Will not be using them again. Please don't bother to reply with boring excuses.

Staff are really helpful and informative. Considering on getting our bathroom suite from this store

Nice selection of shower heads and tiles. We also got our suite from here. You can also order online and collect in store which makes it convenient.
