        What a refreshing change to find people who really know how to look after a customer. Rang yesterday looking to find a drive belt for a band saw. I was pointed to the correct part online. I then tried to order the part but something went wrong, which was my fault. However a short time later the company rang me, realising there was a problem. After a short conversation everything was sorted and my part arrived next day. Thank you all for your prompt service.
