    Second time I had to use Barons Bodyshop for my 7 series and I can assure you that these guys will take a good care of your BMW. I received a fantastic service, was very happy with the quality of the work they did, even though I'm a very picky customer with hight attention to detail. Thank you very much guys, hope will not need your services anytime soon, but if I will, then will be happy to see you again. 5+ stars. Igor

    One day after work I came to my car to see that someone had hit it whilst it was parked, in a corner bay of all places. They decided to flee the scene and leave me with the bill, I went through insurance and requested that Barons Bedford do the repair as I wanted an Authorised BMW bodyshop to work on my car. It was very easy from start to finish. Barons worked very well with my insurance company and I paid the excess directly to Barons. While my car was being repaired I had a loan car free of charge from Barons. The quality of the repair is top notch, the front end looks brand new. To top it off, I received excellent customer service from Ellen at the front desk who was there to greet me when I first dropped off the car and then again when I picked it up. She answered all the questions I had and made the whole process painless. I'm still baffled at how someone was able to hit my parked car, and I am disappointed that I've had to claim on my insurance, but I couldn't have asked for a better outcome what with the service I received and the repair quality.
