Terrible experience when I took my car in (pre-booked) for repairs (simple wheel arch repair). Immediately told he needed car for 3 days for the reason he originally booked for 2 days (time for bumper removal...which had been agreed previously directly with him.. but car was needed by me in 3 days). When I expressed disappointment all I got from the owner was a tirade of abuse (swearing and aggressive). Thankfully now got car booked in elsewhere. Avoid.
