        Highly recommend for anyone looking to learn a new skill, gain more strength, get more confident and all whilst meeting some of the most loveliest people... Angie has a way of making us all feel comfortable and included, and in all the classes guaranteed there will be lots of laughs... absolutely love going and have never regretted a class... you leave feeling on a high!!
