I had to put 1 star to comment but I wouldnt of put any if I didnt have too this company have just caused me a mental breakdown constant promises of help staff tell other residents about personal things such as who owes them money ect breach of gdpr havent had a keywork meeting in over a year and now me in homeless again i have been accused of things I havent even do a manager Josie jewhurst made promises she couldnt keep Staff members Shannon and derek (Luton branch 88 shelly road) no care in world Ive asked for help I feel like Id be better off dead the amount of staff that come and go they have several houses to keep and they are understaffed and unable to cope with demand

So Ive been an Amicus resident for a little over two yrs now and I have to say Im properly disappointed. The only thing that has ever happened quickly was the speed Amicus had me moved in after my initial phone call. Trying to get repairs done is a joke. Residents are told the matter has been reported yet rarely is anything done. So last night the front door lock stopped working to the point it cant be opened now. This is obviously a fire escape. Especially if the fire breaks out in the kitchen. This point made I was told that it would be sorted first think this morning. But as usual NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Not only is this bad management but its also life endangering.

Can't believe I had to give 1 star to comment! I was in 2 amicus houses, 1sr had mice all over no lights ripped carpets and dirty, 2nd the one that contains office baby lane was a dump! Bare floor boards in bathroom around toilet no wete near enough in facilities, 8 residents sharing one cooker 2 toilets abd the staff use to,I had no curtains for 2 years and all broken furniture, was threatened by area manger and went through half a dozen Leicester managers and countless staff who lost paperwork and one manager stealing from my room. A joke! Never provided Internet access our the things we paid for!

Now that I am no longer a "resident" at this bs trust my mental health has improved tenfold!! If you are homeless as i was believe me when I say your better of staying that way as blunt as that may seem its the best advice. I hit an all time low due to the way the "workers" treated me. What a disgusting place!! I had important paperwork that was lost by them in result left me in a whole load of trouble. Not to forget the level of discrimination towards me and others. I am now seeking counselling due to the traumas I have from there. I hope this "non prophet organisation" is shut down soon
