P & R Interiors

After many months of trying to find somebody who could come up with a creative plan to knock down the wall between our dining room and kitchen we thankfully found P & R Interiors and, in particular, Andrew Groom the Kitchens Manager. Andrew suggested we dont waste our time and money on an architect but instead to give him a chance to show what P & R can do using some pretty cool design software. We sat with Andrew for a couple of hours and the following day he provided us with three different kitchen designs based on our ideas/requirements. Andrew has a great eye, a creative mind and huge experience. One of the designs was exactly what we had in our minds and after receiving a very competitive quotation for a high quality kitchen and the building works, we gave the green light. The work took about 8 weeks and all the trades involved were brilliant. Sam the builder was amazing and we are using his fabulous skills for another project in a few months. Dan the decorator was also fantastic, as were Gary and Charlie the kitchen fitters. Throughout the process, Andrew Groom kept an eye on everything and if we had the slightest concern about anything he would jump on it and find a solution. We had used P & R a few years previously to give us a wonderful new bathroom and cloakroom and we really shouldnt have looked any further than them for the kitchen. Paul is the owner of P & R Interiors (its a real family business) and if Andrew was away, he was happy to get involved if we had any queries. My wife loves the new dining kitchen so much that she is barely out of there! Thank you Andrew and all at P & R Interiors for your friendly, professional, high quality and affordable approach!! .

We could have gone for cheaper, alternative designers and installers but we went with P&R who managed the whole process. We never regretted that decision. Throughout they were professional, diligent, timely and highly skilled. And we have a great new bathroom!

Excellent. Wonderfully supportive through the design process. No pressure to commit to anything before we were ready or attempts to upsell on things. The focus was on getting us what we wanted and needed. Installation started exactly when scheduled, and completed on time! Because the fitters are part of P&R family, they care about getting thing right, rather than rushing to get to the next job. Two minor snags were required due to supplier errors. These were dealt with quickly. If ever we need a bathroom or kitchen in future, we won't even consider anyone else.

We were very fortunate to come across P&R Interiors in Bedford when looking for Dansani bathroom furniture. We were pleased to see a wide range of Dansani furniture in the showroom and got talking to Luke and Andrew who showed us their range of products in various configurations. P&R interiors were very competitive on pricing so we decided to source most of products from them. Their showroom is full of high end products from brands like Dansani, Villeroy & Boch, Hans Grohe, etc. There is also a wide range of furniture, rads and flooring in the showroom so you can easily pick up tiles/flooring and match that with appliances/furniture you are looking to buy. We have never renovated bathrooms before and Luke and Andrew took their time explaining what valves we'll need, what kind of drains are compatible with the bath we picked and so on and so forth. They have also recommended that we wait until they install HIB Belus mirror in their showroom. Once we saw it, we completely felt in love with that mirror and it's now a great addition to our ensuite. Delivery of items was spot on because everything we ordered was first checked in their warehouse prior to dispatch. Heavy items were delivered by two people, so we knew nothing would get damaged. When it came to installing the bathrooms, we phoned Luke a few times for further advise on how to install specific bits and he always found time for us. We genuinely think that this place is an absolute gem when it comes to customer service, product selection and pricing, so we happily travelled there from Milton Keynes. Very pleased with the efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable service we got from both Luke and Paul. They kept us well informed and everything was done on time. Harvey's workmanship and attention to detail is very impressive. Will certainly go to them again next time.
