Just an update after having the Kimm and Miller hot chocolate mug melt. This was my first ever chocolate bomb from Kimm and Miller so I contemplated whether to pour hot milk on it or put the chocolate bomb in hot milk. In the end, I poured hot milk on it. The chocolate melted and the marshmallows came out. It was definitely worth it but it was hard filming it as well as taking photographs at the same time. Anyway, I was quite surprised how sweet the hot chocolate was but the chocolate could have been stronger but overall recommended because it was not expensive. Some countries don't have chocolate bombs for retail yet so you can only get them at hotels and expensive restaurants. Video and full set of pics on bog n utube n fb. You will find lots of information online on how to make chocolate bombs and different chocolate bombs available like white chocolate, colourful chocolate bombs etc.

I recently contacted Kimm & Miller about a product they produce, which was my son's favourite breakfast bowl and which we unfortunately broke and couldn't find a replacement for anywhere as it's a seasonal item only produced at Christmas. Maddie from Kimm & Miller was so helpful and left me with the impression of this being a very kind and considerate company. The products they produce speak for themselves and are first rate. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I couldn't recommend them more.

Really impressed with the service - I previously ordered a Costa Cup and saucer set twice from another retailer and both times it arrived broken which appeared to be due to poor packing of the product. I saw that Kimm and Miller were also selling the same product so I contacted them and asked it would be possible to add additional packaging to secure the items before posting. They were so accommodating and helpful and had the items repackaged before sending. They also arrived the next day so even more quickly than expected! The cup and saucer set is great, sturdy china and give exactly the right amount of coffee to fit with the Costa Coffee pods. Its like having your own Costa Coffee shop at home!
