We Called Gemini Saturday evening as they stated 24/7 emergency call out. Also sent a WhatsApp message through their website. The message was read as 2 blue ticks appeared. . We left a message and explained that our front door would not close or lock and could they come and help us but no reply. Now it is Monday morning and Gemini have not come back to us whatsoever Absolutely appalling service, leaving people in distress when advertising 24/7 call outs. I would never use them.

Fantastic locksmiths who really helped us the night before our holiday by fixing a holiday-threatening issue with our UPVC door when it wouldn't close for our pet sitter. The member of staff who picked up our call to the out of hours phone number was calm, professional and able to give us an accurate time frame for a locksmith to attend the premises. The locksmith arrived as predicted and fixed the issue very quickly. Best of all was the fee - very reasonably priced for an emergency locksmith with no hidden charges. Honestly cannot recommend them enough. We will be recommending them to everyone we know..
