I paid this firm over 9000 over a year with very poor and unknowledgeable staff. Wrong advice given on many occasions. Made no savings for me in defending my case in fact increased my costs as in the end failed to communicate with me regarding many urgent issues with the opposing solicitor and court hearing. On complaint failed again to refund my claim promptly and efficiently even though there was overwhelming evidence from the judge and opposing solicitor that Harding Mitchell had failed to communicate and organise this with me, their client. Extremely disappointed with the service and standards at this solicitor.

My elderly relation wanted to make a Will. I telephoned Harding Mitchell, Balham office. The receptionist was very helpful and put me through to Leopoldine Mineo. During our first appointment, Leo explained the entire process very clearly specifying costs and answered all our questions with care and concern. This put my relative member at ease and remarked that we were lucky to have Leo. Subsequent meetings by phone, in person, by emails were handled competently, professionally and with care - Leo showed very good understanding of some complex issues that had delayed my relative making a Will. The Will was completed well, in good time and with considerable warm human touch and high professionalism. We cannot thank Leo enough. Her colleagues in the company showed us good regard too.
