Beauty Lady - Laser Hair Removal & Aesthetics

Before going here for laser please be aware that they will not accept any last minute cancellations, regardless of the reason, even if you have a very good reason or some problems. I have had 5 sessions of laser hair removal with beauty lady. I was due for my last hollywood and upper lip one today but unfortunately had to cancel this morning as I came on my period 1 week earlier than expected. When I called up to cancel I explained to Bobby that due to fasting during the month of Ramadan my cycle had been affected and become irregular. He told me that I could use a tampon. I told him that I would be uncomfortable with this and had never used one before. Bobby said thats fine, please email in. To me that sounded like he understood. I then got a really unprofessional email (with grammatical errors) saying We understand that but unfortunately, we can not do any exceptional to give your session back. We have many cases like that they use for their own benefit with all due respect. All I can advise to wear a tampon to come to do your treatment. I called back and spoke to Bobby saying I am very upset by this email. He told me it was an automated email reply which it clearly wasnt. He said I can come in to have my upper lip done but at this point I was very annoyed about the awful email and the misleading communication so I said no. He said that he would call me back. 5 hours later and no call back. I have received an email to say that I have lost that final session which equates to a lot of money wasted. I am disgusted with the poor customer service, the terrible communication and the lack of empathy and understanding towards women. Service: Laser hair removal

Located very close to the tube station, friendly and professional staff! I have bought multiple treatments and staff has been very helpful in advising as opposed to just getting more business / customers. Very accommodating - their policy for cancellation / amendments is usually 48 hours however i had an unavoidable clash on the day, they were happy to reschedule to later in the day at a short notice of just 3 hours!
