Rude and unhelpful sales staff member. My husband went in to ask about a particular car they had for sale and what other similar cars they had in stock. He waited 20 minutes for a sales member to come and speak to him to simply be told "all the cars are online". My husband had made the effort to come in to discuss options and vehicles in stock in person to be rudely declined any form of customer service and therefore they missed out on the sale of a 50,000+ car. Very disappointing. We won't be buying from here again.

**Marshalls ask you to email them and never respond** CHECK THE TYRES BEFORE YOU GO FOR A TEST DRIVE! - MARSHALLS BEDFORD TOOK ME FOR A TEST DRIVE IN A CAR WITH 2 DANGEROUS DEFECTIVE TYRES (WHICH I WAS UNAWARE OF) and then sold me a car which kept going in to limp mode (Restricted Performance) and then couldn't fix 4+ times in a year. They wouldn't give me my money back and then they lied to the motor ombudsman about it all! They showed me a certificate to say it had been checked and PREPARED to landrover standards - search @landrovernightmare on TikTok for the full story.

Poor customer service from sales person. Enquired at the start of the day about a car they had for sale and was told theyd send a personalised video in a couple of hours. Didnt receive any video, email or call from them by the end of the day

Great service, great staff, quick, efficient, I'm only sorry I went to a 'Specialist' first and waited weeks. Marshalls are the local Main Dealers for a reason - just go direct to them and leave nothing to chance. 100/100
