Ordered the ramen bowl via deliveroo, arrived safely packed but when I got to eating I discovered a dark hair inside of my food. Things can happen so I contacted deliveroo to complain, was told to contact the restaurant which I did and restaurant said to contact deliveroo, both parties said they cannot do anything further and refuse to take the blame. The hair was deep inside of the food so there is no way that it could be drivers fault. Not happy as I paid for the food which I am not going to eat, the hair is completly disgusting, won't be ordering from this location anymore.
