My first time in Cassio but it won't be my last. Had a fabulous lunch of monkfish & prawns in a superb lemony sauce. Too full for dessert but loved the place, the service, the wine, but especially the food. Molto bene!! Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggie food on the menu.

Nice Italian restaurant, this is the second time Ive eaten here, both times the food was very good and the staff was friendly. We visited on a Saturday night and it was much noisier than usual, every single table was taken. Everyone was having a good time. When it came to ordering, to be honest when I ate here before they were accommodating to me being a coeliac. And while I cant remember what I had before, I do remember it being gluten free. When I asked if they did gluten free pizza, I got a flat no, no other options were presented to me, that was it NO. No me toon of gluten free pasta or an alternative dish, so I opted for the risotto, which Im not sure if it did contain gluten or not, no info was provided. While I still enjoyed the who experience, I think a little more forthcoming info would have been useful, especially when the family originate from a country where a fifth of their populous was diagnosed with coeliac disease in 2008.
