Took over 4 weeks to repair a fridge, missed 2 repair appointments and hung up the phone on me. They subcontract repairs to another company who subcontract out to another person. I was days away from complaining to the financial ombudsman, buying a new fridge and suing them for breach of contract. I suspect I am too patient. If you have a choice look elsewhere for an extended warranty as my experience was very poor indeed. Also because they subcontract repairs to another company they refuse to take responsibility when said company does not show up. To summarise: slow, low quality service and they accept no responsibility. After all who cant wait 4 weeks for a fridge repair (sarcasm).
