Domovo

I don't write reviews but this housing association has left a really bad taste in my mouth. Will be making a note of your company so I can avoid in future Is there a reason you couldn't tell me you couldn't give any time slots for viewing when I first called on Thursday at 9am to enquire for a viewing? I then had to waste my time with a application and registering my interest like you asked, to then call back 25mins later for you to tell me that you can't offer any viewings at the moment due to the property being in hight demand?

Poor poor experience. Constantly having to chase , felt as if they are doing you a favour. In the end it was easier to save extra and buy outright. Would definitely not recommend

Very poor experience from this company! After registering interest into a property and following all the items that they needed and requested to get on the list for a viewing, then awaiting a response. After a week of waiting and not hearing anything ringing them up to find out that the house was under offer and had multiple viewings in one day. Now feel cheated out of the potential of giving an offer on the property. If this is how they treat customers and potential clients then I can only asume how the service is going to be if I would have been a successful purchaser of the property, I will not be recommending this company.

I would like to give a 4.5, since there was room for a bit of improvement but didn't want to round down :) We purchased a home via shared ownership through Domovo in the winter of 2020-2021. Overall, Domovo and BPHA have been great to us through the buying and post-sale process. The original buying process was difficult due to covid and all those circumstances, but Domovo were very helpful throughout the process. The only negative was that sometimes I had to chase down Domovo and it was hard to move things along, but I think covid also had something to do with that. When I did interact, they were great to talk to and very helpful. Since the sale, the follow-ups with BPHA (who owns Domovo if I'm not mistaken) have been really good. They have responded promptly and been helpful organising and coordinating the odd check that is needed on a possible defect, etc. We love the home we are living in and are really glad we purchased. Definitely no regrets and have been happy with the follow up with BPHA when needed since the sale.
