DON'T USE THEM! I am not giving any star to this company. Is the most rude, careless, indifferent company I ever met. The bigger liars, putting in danger their clients by their indifference and careless, literally awful. Apart from the receptionist who just talk nicely just because their purpose is to deceive you that they will solve the situation just to waste the time in the hope you will give up.

Worst housing society ever ,and their contractor's TSG 3 times last year and twice this year failed to turn up for the appointment, so having to use up more of my Annual leave entitlement, do the care not one S### do they

BPHA employed UK Car Park Management to enforce parking on one of the roads adjacent to my property. Ever since Ive been issued Penalty Charge Notices for parking on my own property and every time I have to explain myself from parking there, sending land registers etc. Enforcement officers acting on behalf of BPHA are continuously trespassing on to my private land and issue parking tickets, they have been told repeatedly not to trespass. It is now amounting to harassment which is a criminal offence. When contacted, BPHA said it has nothing to do with them. BPHA is simply harassing people, sending individuals hooded up at 7 AM to sniff around my garden. It is ridiculous that I cannot park on my own land without fear of getting a ticket and going through appeals process over and over again. BPHA will do nothing about it even though they have employed that company to act on their behalf. Very unprofessional.
