        All the staff particularly the nurses went well beyond what I was expecting in terms of care and consideration, Pam and the younger night duty nurse who unfortunately I have forgotten her name are exceptional employees

        When the Manor Hospital was a BMI Hospital, it was really good. I had previously rated it 5 stars. Unfortunately, under the Circle group, it's really gone downhill. The staff generally feel to lack the training they should have.
