Mike is a great hairdresser. The salon looks great and is very relaxing. Always friendly and a sociable experience rather than just going for an appointment

After complaining to the hairdresser I was told I was inappropriate for not agreeing that she gave me something completely different to what I asked for. As well as going to another hair salon and being quoted 240 to get it fixed and how I want it. This is extremely disappointing as this isnt how a customer should be treated. Also, a patch test was not given, so not only did I not get what I requested, it was at a risk that I would have an allergic reaction to the products. Very very disappointed as Im now left with patchy, orange and frazzled hair. The salon has blocked my number so I cannot resolve my complaint and also deleted all my reviews off Facebook and deleted the Facebook page so people wont see it. Extremely unprofessional and lack of experience with hair. What I requested was an ashy blonde Balyage and I have been left with awful patchy orange hair. No patch test was given, which is a legal requirement. Services: Hair coloring, Hairstyling, Balayage
