        People are nice enough at this branch....if you can get through to one. Jobcebtre phone lines are USELESS. Waited over 1 1/2 hours on one occasion, 45 mins on other line. Gave up on both. May be losing benefits as I cannot open a Gateway account due to no photo ID, even though was recently on Universal Credits and they took my ID then.

        My mum was very sick, had to still go in to do verification. Have to hand in ANOTHER sick note!!!She was almost sick there!!! They referred her to job 22 and Shenai Jackson keeps emailing and calling her to go in even through she gave her a sick note.

        This place in job centre, is lies they tell you, you have this appointment in the correct time then when you get there, then they tell you oh sorry you have to wait another 10 minute, what happened to integrity and honesty in job centre looks like now is just a scam it's embarrassing
