        I see no point in trying to phone, it is a week now that I have been trying! If you really are that busy then I suggest you employ some more people, I wonder how many people have died through their neglect.

        Been trying to get an appointment since Monday it is now Wednesday and am just meeting with obstruction, the phone system is rubbish, when I was ringing on Monday (4 times) it would go through all the speach about covid then press different numbers then it just cut me off! Doctors and medical staff are fine it's the admin that needs looking at! I am going to try and take care of the problem myself, may end up in a&e if I am unable to deal with it!

        I recently suffered a skin problem, the nurse is spoke with sent me a link to add photos, referred straight to consultant dermatologist, a diagnosis and treatment same day. This surgery has always been brilliant and new phone system is so much better than continually re-dialling. I find being polite is always well received and returned. Thank you EVERYONE.
