Terrible place. From my experience , even if you call from the second they open, they will leave you on hold for 40 minutes and then tell you that they have no appointments available . They then tell you to call back tomorrow so the same thing can happen . Reception give you the wrong information. The doctors and reception give potentially harmful conflicting information regarding medication that has already been prescribed to you . Drs do not explain medication prescribed. From my experience , I dont think they know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else.

I had to put 1 star to get this review started because to be honest this is the worst doctors in bedford. I have been at this doctors since I was born in 1974, to say its gone down hill is an under statement. The uncaring receptionists are just the icing on the cake and should quite frankly be ashamed of themselves. Covid is no excuse for the treatment we receive as cattle ! When you do get to eventually see a doctor the service is adequate. No follow ups . I tried to get in and couldn't for a long time and when I was eventually seen he told me to go away and loose weight. I told him I didn't feel OK. He didn't even take my bp. I went to the walk in centre as I had an eye infection and found out I had very high bp and put me on bp meds. 125 over 185, and I didn't even go for that reason. So I'm just disappointed in this surgery. Still trying to get an appointment for something else. I will keep trying so wish me luck lol.

I came in with my 2 year old twin daughter and they have taken almost 1 hour to get her prescription ready and the doctor we saw shouted in her face not very happy at all with the service they also had no chairs cleaned to sit down

I gave my daughter's urine to check, after a week as no one called me I called to ask what the results were, the woman at the reception said everything was fine. by urine I saw that it was very cloudy, after 2 weeks my daughter got a urinary tract infection. I swear that urine wasn't good. disgusting
