        Had a phlembotomy appointment, booked online - hassle free. Picked up a bloods form from my GP. Appointment was 15.20-15.35, and by 15.29 I was already back at my car, having had the bloods done. Super easy and efficient!

        Excellent experience. New appointment system works really well. 3pm appointment and I was seen on time. Experienced, efficient, friendly staff. Had no issues taking my blood. Don't really want to go anywhere else.

        Went for a blood test, staff friendly and professional, the place could do with better signage, showing where to actually go to from reception. Clean and very helpful staff

        I have blood tests routinely every couple of months and have done for a few years. Ive not once had a bad experience here. The desk team are always friendly as are the team of nurses/phlebotomists - very sensitive, caring and supportive. Not to mention friendly and chatty! Id be reluctant to have my bloods done anywhere else.
