Ive been meaning to write this review for 2 years. Had a really bad experience with greycourt florists for my wedding. With the first 2 visits, I had agreed with Kelly to go for coral coloured flowers - half tables with cocktail glasses/bigger arrangements and the other with flowers in geometric vases/smaller arrangements (I had sent photo examples via email too of exactly what I wanted) and also hired the flower wall with the beautiful bench and photo props. A week before my wedding I emailed to ask if she could add 3 more tables to which she kindly agreed. She then stated she would add 3 more jars after which I promptly corrected her that the agreement was geometric vases, and again sent the photo reference. We clarified the issue over many emails and she promised she would correct it to what I asked for (bearing in mind this was a few days before the wedding- I had many other things on my plate) Imagine my disappointment when I walked into the reception hall and saw small round vases with floating flowers which we never even discussed! On top of that, the geometric style arrangements were nothing like the picture reference (see photos of what I ordered vs what I got)- and I got fake flowers instead of fresh like I wanted. And when I went to see the flower wall, there was no bench or photo props to be seen! My sister noticed me looking around in horror and also said to me what a poor job she had done. Anyway, I carried on enjoying my evening as why would I let that ruin my wedding day! I emailed Kelly a few days later to voice my disappointment to which she was extremely unprofessional about, blaming me that it was last minute even though we agreed weeks before on exactly what I wanted and even sent pictures of what I wanted. She said her wholesalers only had 6 of the geometric vases I wanted and she didnt even bother letting me know (I also saw the exact ones I wanted at hobbycraft a few weeks later so she could have easily got her hands on them) and she made the decision herself to put the floating round vases without even checking with me!! Her excuse for not having the bench and photo props was that I didnt specify I wanted them even though there was no price difference (she clearly forgot or couldnt be bothered). I asked for a partial refund and again, got rude and defensive emails back saying there was nothing wrong with her service. DONT use greycourt for a wedding. There are much better providers in the Bedfordshire area. Rude and awful customer service, snd unfortunately a lot of money down the drain for me. Ive seen other bad reviews for their wedding services, so Im not the only disappointed past bride.

Kelly as been very helpful in getting back to me over flowers I'm ordering online considering I'm 150miles away all very good service made everything so easy for me and simple a big thank you Kelly at greycourt florist Kempston Bedford

Fantastic service, Kelly is super helpful and really knows her stuff. The best florist in the area without any doubt.
