        I ordered just a small fish - I was in town with my elderly mum and she suddenly felt weak and wanted something to eat - the owner served a beautiful small battered cod and placed a small serving of chips on top - I did not ask for them and he did not charge for them but he said it would be nice to try them. He brought a smile to my face. This small but significant act of kindness and going that extra mile is what sets great businesses apart from the average ones. It is a differentiator. Ive bought fish and chips here just once before, and I thoroughly recommend the place. And by the way, the fish and chips are of the highest quality. Use this place ... or should I say, use this plaice?
