When I visit either no vegan option available even though its advertised, or a woman who clearly needs alot more training before being let loose processes an order for a zinger burger instead of a vegan burger! I mean they don't when sound the same & just an apology by the very young staff who clearly do not understand the importance of giving a vegan a chicken burger. That's their last chance from me.
