Disgusting service, placed an Order and waited 5 minutes to then be told that none of the Grills were on yet and my food would be at least 20 minutes. I asked for a refund and even though the Cashier pulled up the order, managed to refund less than I paid so I had to make them do a 2nd Refund they werent going to but I wasnt going to be told that I wasnt having my money, funnily enough just at the moment when the Manager walked past, I got the rest of my Refund! Absolute joke and this isnt the first issue in this Branch, Ive previously had entire meals missing from orders that they will refuse to refund, claiming someone must have had it!

Food arrives from an uber order and in the sealed bag comes this. . . Along with NO straws NO sauces for the cheesy bites meal. Used to be pretty good at getting orders right but lately have been shocking. I really hope they fix the quality issues. Updated due to using the drive through and its super common and consistent for them to forget any sauces you order especially any kids meal ones, and unless you sit there and immediately dive through the bag you won't know until you drive off. Please guys just remember the sauces if you know how picky kids can be you'll understand.
