Absolutely terrible company to deal with. After the accident I suffered with stress and anxiety. This company had made things hell for me and my family. Please avoid to go through them at all costs, refer back to your insurance to help you avoid going through them. I will place a complaint with my insurance company all the details and records of numerous calls we had with these people. They have a massive scam going on and wish I had seen sooner all the negative reviews you have. Update: we asked to go directly through our insurance company and result - we had the car repaired in 3 days. From now on everytime I buy car insurance the only thing I will make sure is that they dont work with IMS.

After reading all the bad reviews I was abit worried when it came to my claim! However the staff were friendly and i received my settlement within 48hrs. The only problem was the long wait times, normally over an hour to get through.

One star is even too much. They have caused heartbreak, an emotional breakdown, financial distress and not give a toss if their client is dead or alive!

Is it possible to give zero stars? If at all avoid this company. Gave me the value of my vehicle and paid 1000 less. On hold for an average of an hour to speak to someone. No communication from them at all unless it is by text! Despite asking for adult communication methods (letter, email, phone etc) they refuse to do so. UPDATE: Did get the full value they quoted but over two payments. This was never mentioned prior to me asking. As you can see from their reply, they have offered to sent communications in other formats but despite me asking they did not. Still a poor company do deal with with especially the opening hours of 10am to 4pm mon-Fri.
