        Administration is terrible. It's been three months since I first asked them to replace the vent covers that are waking our baby daughter up with the noise they make and they still haven't even attempted to do this. They sent an electrician round for some other jobs I also asked for but they hadn't put this job on his list, even though I had made it really clear that this was the most important one. Still waiting ... Service: Fan repair
