Photos attached - Keeping it short and simple for everyone. The alterations department is terrible. They ruined two pairs of my bespoke trousers. I asked for them to be brought in an inch and upon receiving them back the belt line was completely misaligned. The pants were twisted and were crudely altered. This lead to the groin pulling upwards. Terrible craftsmanship, it is plain and simply... Amateur. I then asked for an inch to be put back on and they made them even smaller! Now I am having to buy a completely brand new pair and would have to take this establishment to small claims court for compensation. Furthermore, I did not meet the seamstress once; had no affiliation with her and when I requested my refund and trousers back I was informed she was "sleeping." I also received a truly absurd remark whereby the worker began saying "I have British citizenship, like you." An astoundingly disrespectful comment to say. He eventually stopped talking over me and we resolved the matter with a 30 refund. In one word; appalling. I write this review to save you the trouble. DO NOT GET ALTERATIONS HERE!
