I got 2 suits dry cleaned from Heritage Tooting, about 2 weeks ago, since then Ive been away on holiday I came back to work and opened the suits out of the packaging and noticed straight away how badly they smelt, almost as if they were worn by the people in the shop. I tried to complain to the owner, what a rude, horrid man, he was swearing and told me it was my fault(?). Rather then rectify the situation he got aggressive and lost his temper, lovely service. Do not believe the fake reviews they have, theyre mostly relatives of the shop owner. Stay away.
