My son had 6 hours of lessons with a Joshua Lau. Very poor instructor. He Lacks communication skill and stays quiet through lessons. He had a lot to say about his new car he was getting though, kept my son behind after his lesson talking about. I complained and BSM ignored my complaint and never gave feedback. Only after sending 5 emails did I receive my remainder 6 hours worth of money. I asked for a full refund including my 6 hours used, however it was ignored. I wasted 182 and just about got my remainder 182 back. Please avoid and use another company. The Brand BSM is not as it used to be

We had a really bad experience with our BSM instructor, Debra Beachus Wells. She was a poor instructor who would deliberately waste time in lessons. She would insist that we needed to pay and book more lessons in order to cover basic points such as show me, tell me questions. She would take students to industrial areas which are not suitable for practicing parking and would generally give confused or wrong driving information. She was rude as a person and would repeatedly ask for the car to be pulled over and would berate and harass her pupil over the smallest issue.
