I was involved in a complaint which ended up unnecessarily in the hands of the Legal Ombudsman because of Davidson-Smiths poor handling of my complaint - poor handling which included not responding to 4 requests for their Client Care Document which formed part of their Complaints Procedures (it was never sent); ignoring emails and phone calls related to the complaint; lack of clarity and transparency in their complaints process and, worst of all, losing my documentation. With the Ombudsmans help I was able to recoup the fees I requested, but, the unprincipled performance of this firm, which struck me as lacking in care, fell well below what I would expect from a professional company.

Davidson and smith and co is a bad solicitor just takes your money stay away from them they will empty you out always money money money they will empty you out so rude Michelle is a bad solicitor

Absolutely a disgrace charges so much money & doesn't care one bit she will have everyone's else's back avoid at all cost
