Such a lovely dental practice. The receptionist goes out of her way to be helpful& help me fill out forms. My dentist is very good and rest of the staff. .very happy with every aspect of my treatment. .:)

lady on the phone was very rude and not helpful at all. She Put phone done before I even finish

The reception can be very arrogant, it can be difficult to come to terms with her except hers. She drops the phone on you even before you say the last word. Its not so encouraging at all.

The reception lady is plain rude..if shes not on the phone making private calls,leaving a que of patients waiting to book in or patients making further appointment, then shes really abrupt with any enquiries so she can get back on the private phone call

Rang the practice to enquire about appointments and the lady on the phone was very rude and not helpful at all. Poor service.
