Bedford House Dental Practice

I had to attend this practice for some emergency dental treatment as directed by 111. From the initial phone call to make the appointment to the treatment I received, it couldn't have been more pleasant. The dentist I had explained every step of the treatment I was to receive and if I were a nervous person, would've put me at ease. Great service

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - EXTREMELY RUDE DENTIST LOUISE - AVOID! I went to Bedford House Dental Practice on Wednesday 15th February 2023 for an emergency appointment. I was given a form to fill in and half way through the form I made the mistake of asking the dentist LOUISE a question regarding the form to which she aggressively replied well obviously!!. She then asked me what the emergency was and as I was explaining she rudely interrupted and again aggressively said I havent got time for your life problems and wanted me to tell her one emergency. Im sorry LOUISE I was not aware of your one emergency policy and I was in so much pain I couldnt decide which part of my mouth required urgent attention. Im surely people dont just stroll in to a dentist for leisure, they attend due to a problem, usually a painful one so at the very least they should be met with a little more compassion than LOUISE at Bedford Dental House Practice provides. This place is shocking! The dentist LOUISE is shocking for a medical professional and needs to learn how to treat people before treating their mouths and needs to fix her own attitude before fixing anyone elses teeth! Save your time, energy and money.

Trying to ring them no-one is picking up how is this emergency dentist if no one is picking up I rang like 20 times

I was given an emergency {evening} appointment with a dentist within just a few hours from calling. The dentist was very gentle & explained everything clearly. All staff were friendly & professional. Thank you for seeing me so quickly & sorting out my extreme pain. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service! Dentist Hamish was professional, knowledgable and really put me at my ease. Ive been with the practice a number of years, but this was by far the best dentist Ive seen.
