As a parent to a autistic 2 year old child whose got too much energy, Ive never been so humiliated. Had to wait over 7 mins to get support for buying a red bull and some ice cream for the kids. Begged the lady if she can help as my kid was upset as we were not moving and stationary waiting at self checkout and I got the coldest reaction saying shes serving a client. The customer she was serving felt bad and said its almost done. Really Tesco is this how you serve paying customer ? I run after my kid constantly making sure hes not causing inconvenience to anyone but when I have to wait that long then may be Tesco is not a place to shop if you got challenging kids. Really heartbroken and sad that Im not going to be around my child all my life to defend him from this kind of treatment.
