Love this shop and the staff that work there

I went to the shop as a UPS collection point. Despite the instuctions (from Amazon) clearly saying "Give this invoice to the carrier you select to ship your return package" she refused to take the package as the invoice was not stuck on the box. Her solution was to tell me to go and buy some tape (from her shop) and stick it on. She was most unhelpful. Needless to say, I left the shop with the package remaining with me as I refused to buy some tape from this unhelpful assistant.

I had the same UPS issue with this store. They are listed as a UPS drop off point but are unwilling to accept it saying they dont want to, not that they cant.

This shop is filthy, and it is willing to profit from any unlawful behavior. They also seek to profit on children's vulnerability and exploit them! What my son has experienced today disgusts me. He's 11 years old, and after finishing school, he went into this shop to get some snacks; however, at the checkout counter, he was asked if he wanted to buy a vape!!! by a female member of staff. This is, without a doubt, illegal and completely unacceptable. This will be reported to the authorities.
