An employee called Suggem or Sekkum, raised his eyebrows when my partner entered the store and winked at her. This will be going further to court, my partner felt incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe. I went in to speak to this guy and he apologised for his actions but this is not acceptable

Not helpful when it comes to posting parcels, and over pricing items. Making it up as they go along. Speaking on the phone in different languages making people have to wait and throwing parcels on the floor because they don't have room to put parcels next to them. They don't even deserve a 1*
