I would give zero if it would be available. Very rude staff. Even the manager who was supposed to figure out whats wrong started shouting on us in a hysterical manner will never return there. I hope that One stop senior managers would read this review

I thought I went back to stone age!!!! The shop staff was so rude to my mate when he only was trying to get her attention that he was waiting at the till for a while, and when she came over she start serving someone else instead so I thought I have to say something and wow!@##% she erupted and the best bit is when the manager came, instead of to calm things down she was even worse she was shouting so loud to the point not only I'm not going back there but I'm not even going to drive through there ever again. Honestly if I could give them a lower score I would.

The most awful experience with a staff member. She was so rude to a female customer in front of myself and others. I have never seen such bullying in a public environment. Any other employment the individual would have been sacked. Im sure the ladies name was Mel.
