One Stop

Some of the staff are really nice. But there is one women that works there who is rude to the costumer and makes me avoid the shop because of her bullying and rudeness.

One Stop on Castle Road in Bedford, UK, is a convenient spot for grabbing essentials on the go. However, our experience at this location has been a bit hit or miss. The staff at this location can be limited, and as a result, the service can be slow at times. The store itself is also quite small, which can make it feel crowded and cramped. Despite these issues, the store does carry a decent selection of products. They have a good variety of snacks, drinks, and household items. The prices here can be a bit high, however, likely due to the store's small size. That being said, the one highlight of our visit was the Costa Express machine located inside the store. We were able to grab a delicious coffee on the go, which definitely helped to make up for some of the other shortcomings of the store. Overall, One Stop on Castle Road is a decent option for a quick stop, but it's not without its drawbacks. The limited staff and cramped store can be frustrating, and the prices are a bit steep. If you're in a rush and need something in a pinch, it's worth checking out, but don't expect a top-notch shopping experience. why do you guys partner with ubereats if you cant be bothered to read the receipt properly? I had a sick child and all he wanted was strawberries. I ordered 5 packets youve just send me ONE packet. Ive spent 20 on one packet of strawberries some bread and some apples. Out of order, PLEASE READ THE RECEIPT PROPERLY because ubereats wont even give me a proper refund. Ive wasted loads of money.

I placed an order for delivery via uber. The delivery driver took over an hour to deliver the order . I tried via the shop and the app to cancel my order both refused the driver then ended up not bringing my order cancelling it and I was still charged for all the groceries. When I called the shop the owner started shouting at me how this is my fault somehow lol. I don't care about the 16 pound but only the principle.. . Even if I was unable to accept the order these were groceries so the driver should have brought back the groceries and I should have only been charged a fee for the driver but instead they just took it all and due to their own laziness cancelled the order neither the shop nor uber are taking responsibility. Really disgusting what people do to steal money
