        Went for pen refills. Found them on the lower ground floor. Very few people. Easy purchase. Excellent for stationery items. Huge choice.

        Called in to buy some books as I wanted to shop in town. Had researched the deal on the WH Smith website so knew the online price. Tried to charge me 10 more at till. When I questioned this I was told rudely (and very patronisingly) to buy them online then! It will probably cost you more in delivery!. So much for supporting the high street - I have ordered them from W H Smith online. Very disappointed with the customer service here.
