We Fix Bedford

I visited here a few days ago for the first time. The charging port on my IPhone was faulty. Turns out a piece of the charger was stuck in it. I didnt get the gentlemans name who helped me but he was so kind and repaired the issue within 2 minutes. Im not even exaggerating. On top of that, he charged such a reasonable price. I couldnt believe it! Im so pleased I chose We Fix Bedford. I wouldnt trust anywhere else now. 10/10 for service and price.

Great service throughout from initial quote to repair. Very helpful and polite. Same day repair for screen on Ipad 5th Gen. Did a great job at a competitive price. Would definately use again

Wow, the service here is incredible. Perry was polite, friendly, and informative. I brought in my PS5 to get repaired. Sony quoted 250-300 and a minimum of two weeks. We Fix It Bedford had the repair done within 24 hours and wasn't even 100. The shop does feel a bit ghetto but you won't find better service for repairs anywhere in bedford. I don't know if the man I dealt with is the owner/manager, but that level of customer service is all but extinct today. Credit to the company Will be the first place I check in future.

Can't be anything other than super positive about We Fix Bedford, and Perry in particular. Used WFB the other day because of a malware attack on a home laptop; had already cleared cache, history etc from the browser as recommended and installed a free malware scanning tool but for peace of mind thought best to consult an expert. WFB offer a free malware scanning service and only charge you if unwanteds are found and need to be removed. The free scanner we installed did not pick up the 4 spywares that had snuck in... the laptop was back and decontaminated 24 hrs later and for a very reasonable fee of 40 quid. Thanks very much!
