Once placing our order though just eat we got a call asking for more delivery changes once ordered. Supposedly because we are more than 4 miles away from Tavistock street, we live in great denham . Be up front and put ur delivery charge correct on just eat

Dietary restrictions: My options was not on here I ordered food at 18.10 pm and at 10.00 still not here they forgot my order not happy will not be ordering from them again

Ordered 6.10pm 30 . Estimated to deliver in 1hr 30mins (5-10 mins away in a car)... 2 hrs and 5 mins later no food. I ring up, hard to understand rude woman screeches at me cutting me off as I ask if I could have an update that it will be there in 5 mins. I say ok I will ring back if not. 15 mins later, annoyance rising, food arrives, driver dropped it at door, knocked and literally ran off. When i go to eat it I see why. Special fried rice is clearly old, chicken pieces have black on parts of it, hardly any shredded beef and little to no sauce on it. 2 of the ribs I could not pull meat off with my teeth. Utterly dire food which meant we had to reorder late from somewhere decent. Never, never order from here. Its sadly not the first time this has happened and like a fool I thought time might have changed things. Clearly not. Bedford takeaways just get worse and worse. I wanted to leave a review for them on the site I ordered from (order2eat) but that site is as far as I can tell is hiding the review button.
