We needed a second door fitting in our garden studio to make it more soundproof as I am a musician. Sab responded quickly and came out to the studio to get measurements and discuss options. He was very professional and helped us find a suitable solution at a reasonable price. He pointed out many things that we hadnt considered, which was a great display of his expertise and much needed. We booked the job in a few weeks later but sadly due to a personal situation which I wont put here, we had to cancel the work. Sab was very understanding and even agreed to pay us part of the deposit back as a gesture of good will. I have never heard of this before and its not standard practice so I am truly grateful to Sab for this. It shows what a great person he is to work with and what excellent customer service he provides. I highly recommend working with SA360 Service: General carpentry & cabinetry services
