Finally! A hand car wash that actually pre-washes the car properly before the contact stage. The main scratch inducing stages of a bad valet are the pre-wash and drying. This pre-wash was performed by the book with two different pre-washes before the main contact wash. Admittedly, only one wash mitt was used during the contact stage for the entire vehicle, whereas I would use either the multi-mitt or two bucket method. However, I totally understand the reasons why high volume public hand washes only use one mitt. Also, the multiple pre-washes would have helped remove as much as possible to make the use of one mitt 'acceptable'. The drying stage was acceptable, although I couldn't quite see if they used a drying aid. The shut lines and interior were cleaned to a good standard. I would just like to mention that the interior spray is always better wiped down, rather than left sticky and shiny. Having a fair bit of experience in this field professionally, I would quite easily grant this valet one of the better ones in Bedford if time is tight.

Good service and friendly staff. Wasn't busy when I visited around lunchtime on a Tuesday. Just got a wash and wax. Was in and out in no time at all. Thanks guys
