Top quality ice cream, amazing cakes and desserts. Even the coffee is good.

Food is ordered and I'm told it might be 45 mins or more. 1 hour and 40 mins later what looks like a box with breakfast thrown into it arrives at the door. I was not there but the video doorbell shows the driver attempting to drop it off.
I get back from work after not having any lunch to find a bag with this inside claiming to be my delivery from Hours ago. No communication saying why it was soo badly delayed or any apology note or call from the restaurant. I'm expected to pay for this . . . Not a chance.
I know there was a heat wave but please just call the customer its better to know you can't get there on time than leave a customer waiting for nearly 2 hours.
