Originally all was well, great front end staff, very helpful indeed. Sadly however at the point of payment things went wrong: 1. It took 2 visits to pay the deposit due to the card payment machine being faulty. 2. The installation date was confirmed but when the fitting took place I found out that the main living room blind was not ready and will take a further 3 weeks which I was not made aware of at the time of ordering. 3. During the first fitting I let the installer get on with the job but when I looked later when he left I noted that 7 of the plastic facias need to be replaced as they were either too short or the edges all frayed or both where the edges were not finished. They look like they have been cut with a cheap hacksaw and not cut correctly. Im sure they are not like that in the displays so I wanted the same finish. All in all I am not very pleased and also not pleased that the installer left without asking me to approve of his work!

We visited the shop twice where the ladies listened to what we wanted & suggested fabrics that met our wishes. George came to our house with the fabrics & made some suggestions & took measurements for our curtains which he then sent us a quote for which I thought was good value for money considering the service that we got. George's fitter then came & took great care in fitting our curtain tracks & curtains which we are very happy with. Great service with no drama & excellent communication throughout the process.
